DoubleVPN is how we handle connection exchange. When you connect to MysteriumVPN, your traffic is automatically routed through two separate nodes. The pool operator cannot view any of your information.
The main reason we built it this way is for better security, privacy, and latency. Your original IP stays completely hidden and never falls into any pool for other users to connect to.
We also select the additional node before exit to be as close as possible to the exit residential IP node. This helps optimize latency while your connection stays fully encrypted end-to-end. The pool operator cannot view any of your information.
