Subscription doesn't activate after payment?

This article explains what to do if you see an error saying "You don't have an active subscription" after successful payment.

Sometimes, payments made through Google Play or the Apple App Store take a little time to process.

If you’ve tried logging out and back into the MysteriumVPN app and your subscription still isn’t active, please contact our live support agent.

Here’s what you’ll need to provide:

  • For Google Play payments: Share your GPA number. Find it using this guide.

  • For Apple App Store payments: Send us your Apple Invoice, which includes the transaction ID, charge date, amount, and your Apple ID.
