Good to know — supported IP types and limits:
Supported IP types: Favorite IPs work with Residential and High-speed IPs.
Limit: You can save up to 10 Favorite IPs per device.
What happens if a Favorite IP is unavailable
Residential and High-speed IPs aren't dedicated to you — they're shared resources that can go offline or become temporarily unavailable. If the specific IP you saved isn't available when you try to connect, the app will automatically connect you to the closest available alternative instead, so you're never left without a connection.
Your saved Favorite will remain in your list — you can try connecting to it again later, as availability can change at any time.
What happens if you downgrade to Basic
If you downgrade from Plus/Pro to Basic, your saved Favorite IPs remain saved — you won't lose them. However, you won't be able to access or connect to them while on the Basic plan. Upgrading back to Plus or Pro will restore full access to your saved list.
Favorite IPs vs. Dedicated/Static IPs
These two features solve different problems, and it's easy to mix them up:
What it is: Favorite IPs is a shortcut to reconnect to IPs you've used before. Dedicated/Static IPs are IPs assigned only to you.
Exclusivity: Favorite IPs are shared with other users. Dedicated/Static IPs are exclusive to you.
Availability: Favorite IPs are not guaranteed — they may become unavailable. Dedicated/Static IPs are guaranteed to be available.
Plan requirement: Favorite IPs require Plus or Pro. Dedicated/Static IPs is an add-on/separate purchase, depending on plan.
Best for: Favorite IPs is best for quickly reconnecting to previously used IPs. Dedicated/Static IPs are best for needing the exact same IP every time (e.g., for whitelisting).
Do you offer Dedicated IPs?
We don’t currently offer Static/Dedicated IPs, which usually work as a paid add-on that locks one exclusive IP to you for a large extra annual fee, and are mostly data center IPs)
However, we believe Favorite IPs can be used similarly, because you can save multiple Favorite IPs—especially residential ones—and quickly reconnect to them at no extra cost.
Troubleshooting Favourite IPs
Why is my Favorite IP unavailable?
Residential and High-speed IPs come from a shared pool, not IPs reserved exclusively for you. Depending on network conditions and other factors, an IP you saved may sometimes go offline or become temporarily unavailable. This is expected behavior and not an error.
Why did I connect to another IP?
When your saved Favorite IP isn't available, the app automatically connects you to the closest available alternative so you're not left disconnected. This is a fallback, not a bug — you can try your Favorite IP again later.
Why can't I save more Favorite IPs?
There's currently a limit of 10 Favorite IPs per device. This limit may be revised in the future.
Why are Favorite IPs locked?
Favorite IPs is available only to Plus and Pro plan holders. If you're on Basic, you'll need to upgrade to unlock this feature.
What happens to my Favorite IPs if I downgrade?
Your Favorite IPs remain saved even after downgrading. You just won't be able to access or connect to them until you upgrade back to Plus or Pro.
