The Magic link from Mysterium VPN is used for account verification and to simplify the sign-up/log-in process.
However, in some rare cases, the magic link does not do its magic. Not to worry, though; there are plenty of ways to troubleshoot this issue.
Verify Email Input
Double-check if the email address you wrote down is indeed correct. Check for any misspellings and ensure that the email address provided matches the one that you signed up with.
Check Spam/Junk Folder
Log in to your email account and check the spam/junk folder. Sometimes, the email with the magic link gets confused for spam and lands there instead of in your inbox.
Update the Mysterium VPN App
App updates are done for a reason, and sometimes an outdated app can cause a variety of issues. Make sure you are using the latest version of Mysterium VPN. You can update the app by visiting the app store (Apple, Google Play, etc.) and pressing the Update button there or by visiting the Mysterium VPN website.
Fully Restart the App
Try restarting the app to check if the issue persists. Fully close the Mysterium VPN application on your device and reopen it. Follow the on-screen instructions and attempt the log in procedure once again.
