Mysterium Dark App: This app follows a pay-as-you-go methodology, where you have a crypto wallet holding MYST tokens. You pay for the service based on your usage.
Mysterium VPN: Our newer app operates on a subscription model. When you sign up, you create an account that is linked to your email address.
Platform Availability:
Mysterium Dark: Currently, our legacy apps are available on several platforms, such as Windows, macOS, Linux & Android.
The new Mysterium VPN App: Our newer apps are released on both desktop and mobile systems. The app is available on Windows, macOS, IOS & Android.
Apologies for the confusion about paying twice for the service. If you buy a subscription for the newer Mysterium VPN app on iPhone, you WON’T need to pay separately for the desktop and the newer Android version. Your subscription will work for both platforms.
