If you are experiencing issues with the MSIX package or the native Microsoft Store application that cause the app to freeze on a blank screen or crash, please try reinstalling it completely.
Open Settings by pressing Windows Key + I.
Go to Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features on older Windows versions).
Locate MysteriumVPN in the list.
Select it and click Uninstall, then confirm the action when prompted.
After completing the steps above, restart your computer, then download the latest version of MysteriumVPN from here:
