Can I change email for which I purchased subscription?

Yes, you can absolutely change the email address associated with your MysteriumVPN subscription.

If you’ve signed up with one email and would like to switch to a different one, we can help you update it.

To update your email, simply contact support team with the following information:

  1. Current Email Address – The one you used to sign up and purchase your subscription.

  2. New Email Address – The one you'd like to switch to.

Once we verify your request, we’ll update your account and confirm when it’s done.
