How to resolve VPN connection tunnel issues on Mac and iOS?

If you are using the Mysterium VPN app on your Mac or iOS device and experiencing issues with the connection tunnel, it could be due to lack of granted permissions (Error code 1111).

Here is the way to resolve it:

Reset tunnel Settings

  1. Open the Mysterium VPN app

  2. Navigate to the Settings > Connection setup screen

  3. Click the reset app button

Note! This feature will disable the connection tunnel and prompt you to authorize the setup of a new one. It can assist in resolving problems with the connection tunnel and lack of permissions.

Feature is available starting from the 2.0.1 app version.
